HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us at support@paw-hydrate.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days.
CONDITIONS
Items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
